Due to the nature of these personalized items, we do not accept returns on custom products unless there is an error on our part. In this case, we will offer a replacement. Once a personalized order is in production, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

We are FAST! We might start producing your tags within minutes of you placing your order. Please make sure you've entered your text correctly. If you find a mistake after you place your order, please email us at service @ custommilitarydogtags.com as soon as you can. We wille fix the error, unless we've already shipped your tags.

Dog Tag Formatting

 By default, the text on your dog tags will be left justified. Also, all of the LETTERS WILL BE IN CAPS. This is the standard military format and how our machines default. Some text on could be covered by the dog tag silencer. This is normal. Once an order is submitted it is queued for embossing and once it is in production it cannot be changed.

Some characters are more defined than others. Embossing  is a standard procedure in producing dog tags for the military.

Please be sure to enter the exact text you want. We will produce your tag exactly as you specify.
