I received these as a Christmas gift from my sister and the quality of them is great! And recently one of the silencers broke (not sure how), and I emailed them. Got a response within 24hrs saying they will send me a set for FREE, and within hours of that email, I received another email saying that the silencers were shipped. I can not praise their customer service enough! If you are thinking about getting these for you or someone else, don't think about it, just get them! You or whoever you get them for will not be disappointed!

I have always wanted those military dog tags, while surfing the net I came across these guys, and placed an order immediately.
